New week, new people, new challenges – Californian org gives u a wave!
Week was long, productive and hot! We had lot of fun, learning everyday on the book field, following our best managers and overcoming fears. We heard a lot of βIβm busyβ and βIβm not interestedβ and didnβt give up. And now all of us is waiting for Mondayβs 6:59 alarm to get up and start new week, full of success and victories!
This week all of us knocked to 5828 doors in total, wow! We spoke to 2870 families, and we served 74 families, isnβt that awesome. Incredible! Weβre getting better each week!
Today for Sunday meeting weβre gathering in the same place as last time – conference room in Fairfield. First weeks are crucial to form successful habits for all the summer.
Again thereβs some cool photos for you folks! I checked with everyone in our group and we all miss you!
This week prize was the success coin for showing the books to families
Above you can see the first years in the program but there are also a cool group of student managers. Here you go!
Today is Fatherβs Dad in the USA so all the best for our awesome dads! I dedicate this week to you Dad!
We are CashEW Mama and we just have finished our first week on bookfield. It was exciting and emotional and thatβs why we LOVED it. Our org reunited today at our Sunday meeting and shared with each other all cool stories from this week, studied from the best – our OL and had rest before becoming selling machines on Monday π Looking forward for new adventures and see you π
Remember that hard work always pays off, so never give up π
Hellooo, amazing bookpeople across the world! How was your week? Are you excited?
Our week was amazing! 15 bookpeople from Poland, Ukraine, Belarus and Estonia spent 4 days under 41Β°C heat and had amazing conversations with all the families in California. It was tough, It was fun, It was interesting, and we are ready to announce that we canβt wait for week 2!
Our motivation also came during our org Sunday meeting, where we met all the smiling faces and had some fun on the pool. But first things first – we study from our best OL Ilona, recognise our selling machines and listen to experienced alumnus Steve Goldstein, who told us about integrity, adversity and competing ourselves.
Full of joy before the whole working week building our good habits and achieving our goals we prepared our stuff and now we are going to take a long rest to be on the bookfield with the biggest smile, because schedule is our lifeline! See you next week!

Z jednej strony podekscytowanie, z drugiej jednak nie wiedzieliΕmy czego siΔ spodziewaΔ. MieliΕmy duΕΌo czasu na douczenie siΔ sales talka, rozmawianie i rozmyΕlanie.
Zafundowano nam rownieΕΌ fajny trening przed latem – bieganie z walizkami po lotnisku.
Wszyscy gotowi na Sales Schoola, a moΕΌe tak siΔ nam tylko wydaje…
My name is Anna and itβs my great pleasure to update you howβs the summer going! Let’s get to know each others!
We are a team of brave 14! 7 first years & 7 student managers. We are Polish and Estonians. Cool mix, right?
What is Missizlators?? It’s our org’s name!
It’s another great combination of two words: the Missisipi river coursing through Missouri and Sizzler trip meant for the best sales people – who we are btw!
So who is a Missizlator then? Check it up yourself:
Sales school has just finished so last prep is over! Now, weβre heading to our turf! Weβll live in different cities in west Missouri. Quick recap from Sales School:
Parents, thank you for making it possible for us to be here. Weβre looking forward to starting working and putting all this knowledge into practice.
We’re heading to Missouri now, wish us luck! Weβre sending you warmest hugs from the US! π
The last door was left behind. For 12 weeks we have worked hard in the sun and rain, and now we have a well-deserved restπ₯³π
Everyone gave their best and everyone noticed how the summer affected them. Now we part ways: the hardworking ones stay to work for another week (Witek and Pawel) or even 3 (Lukasz and Inna)π
And the rest are already packing their suitcases for sunny Florida!!!ποΈ
This weekend we spent in the Kings Island! It was soooo crazy scary, but just as fantastically cool! π₯ We will dream of these slidesπ
The last week was full of cute animals) Here they are:
Almost the whole summer is behind us and only a little bit ahead. We have never been as professional in what we do as we are now. Hard work pays off so today we can relaxπ
This week we chill with Lukas&Pawel’s host family! They’re great!
There we played volleyball, swam in the pool, rode golf cars and ate delicious foodπ
Every week more people will go to the next summer as managers!πCongratulations for our SMIT’s: Pawel, Inna, Mashaπ₯π
One more week and summer will be over for most of us! But we don’t wait for the end, but give our best! Let’s finish the summer strong!π₯
