UtahOla 🏜️ Our First Week on the BookField — What a Ride!

It’s hard to believe that just 10 days ago we were regular students, and now we’re full-on educational consultants, confidently working in our own cities, knocking on doors, and meeting families every day. The energy is real — and we’re more motivated than ever!

Karolina had one of the most memorable approaches this week — she found herself speaking Spanish at the door, even though she doesn’t actually speak the language. Instead of backing off, she smiled, stayed confident, and made it through with great energy. It was one of those moments where courage speaks louder than words — and she proved that connection often matters more than perfect grammar.

Karolina and Margo are living with a wonderful host family in a cozy house right next to the mountains, surrounded by nature. It’s the kind of place where you wake up to fresh air and sometimes even spot deer walking down the street — yes, really. Their host, Michael, has sold books for four years and spent time doing charity work in Africa, so the girls are not only feeling super welcomed but also inspired by his stories and experience. It’s a peaceful, motivating place to come home to after a full day in the field.

Martyna knocked on a door and found out the man she was talking to had done door-to-door sales himself, selling solar panels. He was so impressed by her presence that he wanted to hire her on the spot. Now that’s how you make an impression.

Meanwhile, Aleksandra has been working deep in the countryside. Her surroundings? Lots of open space, peaceful roads — and horses. Yep, horses everywhere. Not your average work view, but she’s been soaking it all in and doing a great job.

Diana, for example, is not just impressive in the field — she’s also a powerhouse in real life. She earned a scholarship to a private university in Italy, after three years of hustling and studying hard to be the perfect candidate. That same drive is showing up big time this week. In fact, she won the recognition for the most hours worked — proving she’s not just smart, but unstoppable.

Bohdan is the king of vibes — he absolutely loves talking to people and learning from every single interaction. This week, he casually got invited to a birthday party by someone he approached. That’s Bohdan — connecting with people and leaving a good impression wherever he goes.

This week, Alina and Kuba got their first bicycles — gifted by kind families they met on the doors. It’s such a great glimpse into American culture: people here often have so many things they’re not using, and they’re more than happy to pass them on, especially to hardworking students. You truly never know what you’ll find in an American garage!

During the sales school Artjom said sometimes you make money, sometimes you make character, sometimes you make money and character. And this week was just a right example.

And of course, beyond all the stories and emotional moments — we’re here to work hard. So let’s talk recognition!

This week, we’re celebrating the top performers in

Calls – Karolina

Demos- Karolina

Sit Downs – Margo

Hours – Diana

These rockstars didn’t just show up — they gave it their all. They’ve earned their bracelets, a symbol of commitment, hustle, and the solid foundation they’re laying for a successful summer.

Stay tuned — this is just the beginning!

TRO ALABAЇ 🐾 FIRST WEEK done — we’re just getting started 🔥

The adventure has officially begun!🎉
The TRO ALABAЇ team just finished our first days in Alabama — and what a start!

We’ve faced heat and rain, learned a lot, laughed even more, and got stronger with every step. People here are so kind and full of Southern charm🫶🏻

One of our teammates even met a woman who had our book over 50 years ago—back when she was just 10. Now she’s 60, and she still remembered it with a smile. These moments remind us just how timeless and meaningful what we do really is.📚

We’ve also loved the little things — fireflies lighting up the night 🌟, squirrels darting everywhere 🐿️, and the beautiful nature all around. 🌳🌼

On Sunday, we met at Veterans Park in Alabaster — a peaceful, green spot with trails and lakes. It was the perfect place to relax, share laughs, and learn together. That time reminded us why we’re here and how far we can go as a team. 🌿🏞️

Yes, it’s tough and intense, but it’s also exciting and unforgettable. We’re not just working — we’re growing, pushing limits, and making memories every day. 💪🔥

TRO ALABAЇ is only getting started.

Thanks, Alabama, for the warm welcome — let’s keep going! 🚀💥

TRO ALABA

WEEK 0 Impact | NeBROski🌽

kolejnego dnia mieliśmy follow day.

✨Niesamowicie energiczne i pozytywne duo czyli SM Klaudia i FY Pola.

🏎️ Rajdowcy bombowcy czyli nasz OL Maciek i FY Olek.

👯 No i rodzeństwo z krwi i kości czyli SM Przemek i FY Agnieszka. Tutaj nie mogło odbyć się bez przygód. Oni je razem mają od 20 lat.

Gotowi na kolejny tydzień!

Buckeye Bobers – WEEK 0

Hey, friends! 👋

It’s been three days since we started knocking on our first doors. It was stressful with all the preparation, practice, and approaches before summer… and then the first door comes, and you suddenly forget everything you’ve learned. But that’s okay! 😅

In these first few days, we’ve started to get to know bookfield, figured out how to choose which doors to knock on, worked on our self-talk, and had our first Sunday meeting with the team. We discussed how important these first weeks are, the importance of building good habits. We also talked about how to manage our time, work efficiently, and enjoy the process. 🙃

Don’t take yourself too seriously.

Summer is just beginning, and it’s getting better every day. 🔥

Remember: It doesn’t matter how you start – matters is how you finish.

🎓 Sales School — Completed!🌟 Nevada — In Progress!

This week marked a major milestone — we officially graduated from Sales School! But more than that, we transformed.

Sales School wasn’t just a training — it was a bootcamp for the mind, body, and spirit.

We learned how to handle rejection with a smile.🙂

We learned how to approach strangers with confidence.🤝💬

We practiced every detail of our presentations until it became second nature.🎤📖

We trained ourselves to stay positive, focused, and energized — even when things got tough.💪⚡️🔥

There were laughs, challenges, early mornings, and moments of doubt. But we made it. Together.

And now… we’re in Nevada, putting all of that into action.
The real work has begun, and we’re diving in headfirst. Every day, we’re meeting families, building trust, sharing value, and doing our absolute best.

A huge thank-you to our incredible OLs and trainers who poured belief into us before we even believed in ourselves. You didn’t just teach us how to sell — you taught us how to lead, how to grow, and how to face life head-on.

The journey continues — and we’re just getting started. 🚀
Let’s go, bookfield warriors! Nevada won’t know what hit it.

And now… we’re ready for battle. 💥

📚This week, something magical happened. We didn’t just finish Sales School — we graduated as warriors of the bookfield.

🛡️⚔️For days, we trained our minds, our bodies, and our confidence. We learned how to stay positive in the toughest moments. We practiced our approaches until they felt like second nature. We pushed through fears, doubts, and even a few tears. And now… we are READY.

Our incredible OLs and trainers didn’t just teach us how to sell —they showed us how to believe in ourselves, in our mission, and in the families we’ll meet. Now the real adventure begins.

The early mornings, the long walks, the thousand “no’s”…but also the “yeses,” the high-fives, the growth, the joy, and the breakthroughs we’ll never forget.

💫We don’t know what exactly this summer will bring —but we know who we are:Disciplined. Driven. Unstoppable.Bookfield, we’re coming.Let the summer begin.
