On July 4th, we made a few adjustments to our usual routine to fully enjoy the holiday. We took some time to watch the fireworks, which was the perfect way to enjoy the atmosphere! 🇺🇸🎆
Sunday was definitely a highlight! The whole team went to the lake, where we enjoyed swimming, eating corn, and having fun together. It was the ideal way to relax and get ready for the week ahead! 🔥
Now, we’re entering a new phase of our journey, and things are becoming easier. Next week is dedicated to our amazing moms! The Moms Award 🤩 will recognize participants who show the best progress (compared to their own previous results). But it’s not just about winning – the most important thing is for each participant to give their absolute best and put in the effort for their mom! 💖
With each passing day, we’re growing stronger, and we’re confident that next week will be another step forward.

The weather was perfect for walking, and it felt great to just slow down and enjoy the city.
After our little sightseeing adventure, we stopped for some delicious pizza at a local spot — nothing beats a good slice after a day out. And of course, no week is complete without a trip to Walmart!
We stocked up on all the essentials (and a few spontaneous treats) and somehow managed to turn a regular shopping trip into a fun little adventure of its own.
California keeps surprising us, and we can’t wait to see what the next week brings.

✨W naszych oczach nie widać już niepewności, którą mieliśmy w pierwszym tygodniu. Zastąpiła ją determinacja i pewność siebie.
✨ Choć każdy działa indywidualnie w swoim rejonie, to tworzymy zgraną drużynę. Wspólne niedziele to czas śmiechu, dzielenia się historiami z tygodnia i wzajemnego motywowania się. Wspieramy się, gdy komuś idzie gorzej, i szczerze gratulujemy sukcesów.

We have just wrapped up the third week of our program, and it has been filled with significant accomplishments! 🌟 This week was dedicated to the most important people in our lives – each participant strived to give their best in honor of those they have chosen. We have all grown stronger and become even more united! 💪
We are not just completing tasks, but also learning the importance of persistence, setting goals, and working together as a team.
Today, we gathered to reflect on the week, celebrate our achievements, and set our sights on the next challenges ahead. We also took a break and relaxed with a fun trip to the swimming pool. It was a great opportunity to recharge and get ready for the weeks to come! 💦

This was already Week 4 of our BookField journey, and it came with an extra spark because we finally welcomed Janek into our wild little crew. 🎉 After conquering sales school, Janek hit the field with all the eagerness of someone who’s been waiting their whole life to start an adventure. 💪 He jumped right in — approaching countless Mexican families 🇲🇽, getting to experience their warm, lively homes full of chatter, delicious smells, and kids darting everywhere. His first week has already been packed with laughs, learning curves, and stories we’ll be telling long after the summer is over.
Meanwhile, Karolina was on her own mini Mexican tour 🌶️. She met several Spanish-speaking families who welcomed her with open arms — and even shared some of their favorite Mexican candies. Only twist? They were spicy. 😅 Karolina’s face said it all. Sweet on the outside, fire on the inside… just like this crazy job. Later, she knocked on a door and was met by a guy standing there holding a live chicken 🐔. Completely deadpan, he told her,
“For roasting.”
Weird? Totally. But also the kind of moment you remember forever and text your mom about immediately.
Aleksandra had her own BookField jackpot. 🍀 She sat down with a dad who works for Celsius ⚡ (yep, the energy drink), and walked away with a huge box of cans — enough to power through the blazing afternoons or maybe sponsor a small team. Proof that sometimes knocking doors doesn’t just open conversations… it fills your trunk with enough caffeine to light up Utah.
Martynka kept stacking up her collection of American moments 🇺🇸. She picked up a cool T-shirt 👕 from a mom she visited, a little token of welcome that felt so genuine. Later, she met a mom who drives a classic yellow school bus 🚌, and naturally they had to snap some pictures inside. It was like stepping right into a movie set — pure small-town USA magic.
Margo and Alina had one of those tag-team sit-downs you talk about for weeks. They met Mike and Linda, a couple in their 80s with an absolutely mind-blowing family tree: 9 kids, 44 grandkids, and over 100 great-grandkids 🤯. The stories poured out — from raising kids to spending two years on a mission in Syria, Jordan, and Turkey 🌍. When it came time to pay, Mike quipped that he’s been poor his whole life. Margo laughed, thinking it was another of his jokes, but he went serious and said,
“Do you even know anything about the Great Depression?”
Bohdan was followed by our fearless leader Oleksiy 👔, and together they had a sit-down nearly stolen by the cutest little poodle 🐩 ever. At the end, Oleksiy joked,
“We’ll give you one more set if you give us the dog.”
The mom burst out laughing and said,
“No way… but my husband might actually accept that deal!”
Because sometimes the best close is the one that ends in belly laughs (and playful pet negotiations).
Then there’s Kuba, who crammed more plot twists into his week than most people see in a year. First, he landed a $500 tip 💵 — the kind of jaw-dropping surprise that keeps you floating for days. Then he spotted his dream car 🏎️— a real Lightning McQueen lookalike, shining in a driveway and reminding him exactly why he’s working so hard: so one day he can roll up in that back home. Of course, to keep it humble, he also spent part of the day fixing a flat tire in the middle of nowhere 🚗🔧, because the BookField always finds a way to balance you out.

Another exciting milestone — our second week has come to an end, and what an incredible week it has been! Today is our well-deserved Sunday, a day to relax, recharge, and prepare for a brand-new week full of purpose and drive! ⚡
We’re thrilled to share that every single participant has won their Pony Socks this week — a fun and symbolic reward for the effort, focus, and teamwork that everyone has demonstrated. It’s been amazing to watch the energy and dedication each person brings . 🔥
Earlier today, we held a team meeting to reflect on the past week, celebrate our wins, and set clear goals for the next one. We identified key areas for growth and came out of the meeting even more united and focused. Every challenge is now a step toward progress!
The upcoming week will be especially meaningful. We’re calling it our “Dedication Week” — each team member has chosen someone special in their life to dedicate this week’s work to. Whether it’s a parent, mentor, sibling, or friend — we believe that working for someone else gives our actions deeper meaning and motivation.
And there’s more! Those who stand out this week with outstanding results will have the opportunity to honor their chosen person with a symbolic gift during our celebration banquet. 🎁 It’s a heartfelt way to say “thank you” to those who inspire us.

Karolina became a hero for the day when a tiny chihuahua ran away from its owners 🐕💨. Without hesitation, she jumped in to help catch the speedy escape artist. Turns out, knocking skills include dog-rescue reflexes too. 🦸♀️
Bohdan had one of those magical BookField moments. One day, he signed up a few families — all living on the same street. A couple days later, he knocked on the very last house on that block… and guess what? All those families were inside, having dinner together. 🏡🍽️ Total coincidence, total magic. That’s what happens when you bring good vibes door after door — eventually, they all gather around one table.
Margo had a legendary day while being followed by our sales leader Oleksiy. One of the families she met? The dad had multiple wives and 17 kids. Yep — seventeen. 👀 And another day became officially known as the “Day of Approaching Kids,” because at every house, it was a kid who opened the door. Every. Single. One. 🚪🧒
Martynka had a colorful encounter this week — literally. She visited a family that owned a huge parrot 🦜… and not just any parrot. This one could unpack candy by himself. Smart, sassy, and a little bit chaotic — just like the best BookField moments. Between her calm energy and surprise animal encounters, Martynka continues to make connections that leave people (and birds) impressed.
Kuba had a week full of style, culture, and unexpected perks. He got invited to sit inside a brand-new Porsche 911 — as in, one-week-old, fresh from the dealership 🏎️. Not your average field car, but definitely a great way to refuel your motivation.
Later, he had a cozy sit-down entirely in Polish 🇵🇱 with a family who ended up inviting him to stay for dinner. Sharing stories in his native language over a meal — that’s the kind of connection that reminds you why we do this.
Artjom’s highlight of the week are sandwiches made by Kuba 🥪. And these weren’t just any sandwiches. The recipe?

Patrząc wstecz, czujemy tylko dumę z tego, co udało nam się osiągnąć. Każdy dzień przynosił coś nowego – trudności, które pokonywaliśmy z determinacją i zaangażowaniem. Każde zadanie, które wydawało się na początku niemożliwe do zrealizowania, ostatecznie udało się zakończyć sukcesem.
Codziennie dawaliśmy z siebie 110%. Dziękujemy za każdy trudny moment, który nas tylko motywował do dalszej pracy, bo dzięki niemu staliśmy się silniejsi i bardziej zdeterminowani. Z każdą godziną, z każdymi drzwiami, czuliśmy, jak rośniemy w siłę, jak nasza wiedza i umiejętności stają się coraz bardziej dopracowane.
Niezależnie od tego, czy to był ciężki dzień pełen przeszkód, czy chwile triumfu – nie poddawaliśmy się. Każdy z nas wnosi coś wyjątkowego do zespołu i razem pracowaliśmy krok po kroku, aby osiągnąć wspólny cel. I to właśnie jest najpiękniejsze w tej pracy – nasze zaangażowanie, pasja i wzajemne wsparcie.
Ale to nie koniec. To dopiero początek! Każdy dzień staje się krokiem do jeszcze większych sukcesów. Dziękujemy sobie nawzajem za wszystko, co zrobiliśmy w tym tygodniu, ale przede wszystkim cieszymy się z tego, jacy staliśmy się dzięki tej ciężkiej pracy.
Z dumą patrzymy w przyszłość, bo wiemy, że jesteśmy na dobrej drodze i że z każdym dniem będziemy coraz lepsi.
Wierzymy w siebie i swoje możliwości, bo to my jesteśmy twórcami naszej przyszłości!
